This past week, there has
been a lot of activity, in Malaysia with reading this blog. I want to say
welcome!! I really don’t know much about the country of Malaysia. However, I am
sure of one thing. The good folks of that country need Jesus, as much as anybody
else does. That is the mystery of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He opened the
door for whosoever, to receive Salvation!!
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his
only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.
I am a grateful whosoever. If we would really consider all that God
has done, in planning our future. We would be more grateful, than most of us
are now. I am talking mainly about the ones, which refuse Jesus, as their
Savior. They are not the only ones, that
need to straighten their act up either. I have been in that category, and if
the truth be told, I still have a ways to go!!
I really don’t think that any
of us totally gets there while we are still, on this training ground. I hope
all of you realize that this earth is nothing more, than a battlefield!! We are
in a war, and training at the same time!! We are to learn how to love the
inhabitants of this planet, while waging war against Satan. It is not an easy
task, but it must be done.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to
kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might
have it more
abundantly. As strange as this
might seem Satan knows, that he has already been defeated. However, he still
wants to do as much damage as he can to the things of God. We are God’s most
prized possession, so we are his main target.
Jesus makes his intentions
clear in this verse. He has come against us to steal. The main thing that he
wants to steal is the Word of God. He is trying to kill us. He is really trying
to kill us, and takes us out of service to Jesus. He also knows, if he can
somehow destroy our testimony, it can be devastating to our walk with
Jesus. Have you noticed that his main
thing is to take Jesus out of our lives?
Without Jesus in our lives we
are sitting ducks, for the wiles of Satan. We have no hope of defeating Satan
in his plan to take Jesus from us. That is why that we need to stay really
close to Him. This war that we are in takes a special suit of Armor, and a
different technic to even take our position, on the battlefield. Every person
is on this battlefield, whether we realize it or not, and we are all on one
side, or the other!!
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may
be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Fortunate for the folks on Jesus side we have a very special suit
of Armor to wear into the battle. It is God’s very own Armor, and it has been
tailored to fit us perfectly!! It includes everything that we need to not only
face our enemy, but to witness his defeat first hand.
The next verse tell us about
the special technic that is required to
engage in this battle, and have victory every time. It is a Spiritual battle,
and requires Spiritual warfare. Ephesians
6:12 For we wrestle
not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness
in high places.
It is real important to know
this, so we don’t confuse our enemies with other human beings. I used to think
that certain people were my enemies, because of the way, that they acted toward
me. Most of the time they were mean, or acted very rude toward me. Sometimes
they just wanted to physically attack me.
I know now that the person was not the one at
fault. It was the inhabitant of their body, manifesting cruelty through the
spirit of that person. It was a devil, or a demonic spirit, which had taken
residence inside that person. If it so be that you don’t believe this way, and
you believe that it is all nonsense. Then
you don’t believe your Bible, or maybe you haven’t gotten that far in it yet.
Please read three verses in
the book of Matthew, chapter twelve, and verses forty-three thru forty-five. If
you will notice in the King James Version that all three of these verses are in
the color red. That signifies that Jesus is speaking, and He is telling what
happens when an unclean spirit gets evicted from their residence. I need to go
ahead and post these verses.
Matthew 12:43-45 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh
through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I
will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he
findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and
taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they
enter in and dwell there: and the last state
of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it
be also unto this wicked generation.
This is serious
business!! I have already told you
what Satan’s plans are, that he has already made for us. Why do you think, that God has given His
children the use, of His Armor? There is
one more passage that you really need to read. It is found in the book of
Act’s, chapter nineteen, and verses thirteen thru seventeen. The entire book of
Act’s is a mighty book to get you acquainted, or reacquainted with Holy Spirit.
He is the One that will be your guide in your Spiritual warfare.
