The Only Way

This is the day, which is known, as the biggest party day, in the United States. Today is the day that we, as a nation, celebrate our independence, from any other nation. We are still a young country, of two-hundred, and thirty eight years. The really sad part, for me, as a Christian, is that we are claiming our independence from God also.

The Lord still has a remnant, of His children left, in this country. Maybe it is the fact that, Holy Spirit has been opening my eyes to the truth, in this country. I am pretty sure that it is, because I have never saw, this much decline of spirituality, in our nation. I honestly believe that, it is time for the Bible prophecy, of the book of Revelations to complete. What I am actually saying is that, we are heading into the toughest times that, not only our nation, but the entire world has ever saw.

The strange thing is that all Christians, believe that it will happen eventually, but not now. I use that word Christian, to describe those that say, that they are Christians. That word used to mean those who follow the teaching, of the Lord Jesus Christ. In our country today, that has changed into something else. It has become an attitude, in place of a belief. Most Americans say that our country is a Christian nation, because it once was, and it sounds good, as we press our nose in the air, while judging other pagan countries.

I have been as guilty of that action, as anybody else. I used to call certain other countries Godless, until I realized that our nation was godless ourselves. I don't think really think that we are truly godless. The problem is that, we have a lot, of different gods. I don't believe that we are the only nations behaving in this manner. It is a world-wide epidemic, and we are all receiving, the judgment of God.

Have you ever experienced, or known of the wild weather situations going on, in the world today? Floods, tornado’s, sand-storms, earthquakes, hurricanes, sink holes, fires, volcanic eruptions, droughts, insect invasions, and I haven't started with the signs shooting, through our atmosphere. Those that are true believers in Jesus Christ, and study the Word of God, can see what is really going on, in the world today.

I am in the process, of reading the book of Jeremiah throughout. I have never read this book, in it's completion, and some parts are better, than the other parts. Chapter ten is one of the better parts, for me to read personally. Father is talking with Jeremiah, about the idolatry, that is going on, in the nation of Israel, and it is like He is also talking with me. I want to share a few verses, and it is as if He is talking about the United States.

Jeremiah 10:10-15 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation. 11 Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens. 12 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. 13 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures. 14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them. 15 They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish

It is strange what our Father allows those to see that, truly believe that His son, is the only way. We know, without, any shadow of a doubt, that if our nation, would humble ourselves, under the mighty hand of our Creator, that this country, and our lives would be great. If we would simply seek peace with our God, through His Son Jesus Christ, that once again we would become a blessed nation.

Instead we are a bloody nation. We have much shed blood on our hands, because we are always involved in a war, on foreign soil. While on the home-front we are having our Spiritual rear-ends handed to us, in Spiritual Warfare. We have this homosexual agenda rising up in our nation, and our nations leaders are supporting their cause. This simply shows that those in support of the homosexual agenda, are not true believers, in the word of God. Please read tyhe first chapter of the book of Romans. Our Father is speaking of the mind that He has turned the homosexuals over to retain, and there is nothing positive within the reprobate mind.

Would you honestly care to have a person, with this mindset, making the laws that, we are to live by, in any country? It is just as bad if you broaden the prospective to include those that sit in judgment, in our courtrooms, or preform surgery, in the hospitals. I know that we pray, and seek the face of God on this issues that concern us. There are many that don't, for various reasons. How about those people?

Homosexuality has grown to epidemic proportions, in the United States now, as well throughout the world. We are already seeing the judgment of God, on our country, as well as the rest of the world. I am not saying that the homosexual agenda is the only reason, for God's judgment, because it is just another sin issue. Sin is the reason for God's judgment, and always has been.

We have a solution for our sin problem, and sin is the largest problem that we ever face, and ever will face. That is why Jesus came to the earth. He came in human form, so that we could relate our condition to Him. He came for one reason, and only one reason.

Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

That is the good news, and all human beings qualify for Salvation. Ain't Jesus Awesome?
