It is time to seek…

Hosea 10:12  Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

I believe that this will be the last time, that I use this verse, in this session. I told you that it was fully loaded with all kinds of great things. In this post I want to discuss the last part of this verse.  for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

I hope that you realize every time I post, and you follow through with your own Bible’s, that you are seeking the Lord. Do you actually realize, how much faith that it takes to believe, in the words of something, that you can’t see?            I hope that you realize what a hook up to your life that Jesus makes!!       He is truly the complete package.

OK, … this just keeps getting better and better!! Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Isn’t that what this verse says, at the ending?   Don’t you think that raining righteousness on us would be an awesome reward?     I would like to take a minute to look at the definition of the word rain. The Strong’s say’s to flow as water, or to shoot. The other dictionary that I use other than the old Webster’s, is the Sage dictionary. This is what it says; anything that happens rapidly, or in quick successive.

God is not fooling around with His blessing toward us. A lot of folks don’t realize this, but our Father wants to bless us with everything that we can handle. He will not bless us with something that will cause us harm, simply because that would not be a blessing.

It’s time to chill back out, for the next phase, which I am going to share with you. This entire verse was written for those of us that call ourselves Christians!!  Those of us that profess that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior!!  It don’t matter that this was written before the birth of Christ, had even taken place.

Why do you think that so many men of God are preaching to the Christians?   I can tell you.    It is the same as this verse is saying to the good Christian folks. It is time to seek the Lord!! I will say most Christians, so to leave room, for those that are been offended. Most Christians are a mess, and those that I just offended are the worst, in the whole bunch!!

I can tell you straight up, that I am closer to Jesus than I have ever been in my life. At the same time I have more temptation, and often times fall. I am not perfect in my Christian walk, but I keep on walking.   Take a step.   One foot in front of the other.  Slowly I go.    I have a few steps in my favor now.    No sign of Satan.    Everything clear sailing from here.    What is that up there?     It looks harmless.    WHAM!!   Oh no, I have fell into a trap.            JESUS HELP!!

That is my life.   Can anybody relate to it?    If you will read your Bible very closely, you will find that those that believe are in the most trouble. Please don’t take me wrong here, because those that don’t believe are Hell bound!! The believers are a problem in themselves.

2Chronicles 7:14  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

This is another verse that puts us in our Christian place!!  The Lord our God is saying that if His people, who are called by His name!!     Father, ……not even looking up,…that would be me.      I am your people, and I am so glad to be your people.     Father,…What is it that I should do?    Humble yourself, and pray, Seek my face, and turn from your wicked ways!!

That is not the verse any real believer wants to hear, but apparently, it is the verse that we should all hear. I know that I am guilty of the things that I shouldn’t be guilty. If you would think about it, well I need to use myself here once again. I was guilty when Jesus showed His mercy upon me, and I am still guilty now!!

Before the religious crowd gets started on that last statement:
1John 2:1  My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
That is my Savior!!   That is my redeemer!!   He makes all things in my life forgiven!!  Ain’t Jesus good?

I think that we would be in a mess of trouble without Him!!  I don’t really think that any of us realize what Jesus has truly done for us.  How could we, when we don’t even know the final results?  We will not even taste the flames of Hell for a second.    We will never know how it feels to be without our God, even though Jesus did.
Matthew 27:46  And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Ain’t God good?

       ….Much Love
