The Love Factor

What is really going on here?     Don’t you ever wonder, about this question?       I also wonder about this question, and I am prepared to answer, at least one part of it. I personally know that it is not the easiest thing, to live in this world. Doesn’t it seem that there is always a person, just waiting to oppose you? Do you ever get the feeling that you can’t win for losing?
I think that we need to look to Jesus for our answers. I believe that Jesus should be our ultimate guide, for our survival, on this earth. There is one verse in the book of John, where He is talking about love. Now, I have a problem with loving others, because I have issues of trust. However, if Jesus says to live, in this way, I trust Him, and so I will live in this way!!
John 13:34  A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.     Does anybody else see a challenge in this verse?     How can we possibly love folks, in the way that Jesus loved us?      Those are mighty large sandals to walk in!     How can we possibly do this?
Jesus knew, that we could not, love each other in the way, that He loved us.  He was the ultimate love toward us. However, we can do the best, which we possibly can, to love those, whom cross our paths.  The word love was said, in the New Testament, one hundred, and eighty times.  I guess the most important thing, that we could be overlooking, is the fact of what Jesus said.
He commanded us to live in this way!!      A new commandment I give you!!     This is proof that our God is a God, of new beginnings. There is nothing you can do, that is more radical, then giving your life to Jesus. Jesus is a God full of excitement. Not only does He give you a new way to live, He will make it come true in your life!!
I dare to say that there is no way, that we can love each other in the depth, that Jesus loved us.  However, Jesus is our excellent example, of how to love. This verse really says it all.
1John 4:16  And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. This is the whole key to what we are missing out on.
We were lost. We were separated from God or as I like to call Him, Father. Father is love, and Jesus was love, and Holy Spirit is love. Don’t you think if we are going to hang with this crowd, that we should be love also? Is this way too far beyond us to understand?
Okay.     Let me go at a different angle.        Do you realize the hidden power inside of love?    Don’t you understand, that the power that Father possesses is hidden, inside the factor of love?       Now, I am not given you a new source of power, then again I am. This power can’t be used in any way, but for the good of mankind.
Let’s look at this again. God is love.     I am on to something now.    he God of this universe. The most powerful force that we will ever know…ever. Is nothing more, that the power love. My question is, why do we have a major problem with accepting His way of life?
Father has given us, His secret of success, and invited us to join Him. It is written in that last verse.  He that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God. Here is another example found in one of my favorite verses.
Psalms 91:1  He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
There is really a lot going on in this verse. First thing is we see that same word dwelleth. We must dwell in the Holy One, in doing this we see that we are to be no farther away, than His shadow. That is mighty close, but that closeness is the only way that it will work.
We also see a new word. That word is abide. John 15:7  If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Jesus is saying in this verse a great promise. If we will abide in Him, and His words abide in us, we can ask anything, and it will be supplied.
I am not all that bright, but it seems if we can do this simple act, that Jesus can trust us not to be foolish with our requests. It seems that when we get to this point, in our relationship, we have become Christ-minded.
Well, James that is all good, but you haven’t told us how to pull off this impossible feat!!  I was just getting to that point. The first thing that we need to do is have a relationship, with the Lord. We need to include Him in all our plans, and activities, always putting Him first. John 15:10  If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Now, the cat has been let loose from the bag!!         If we keep His commandments, and we are not just talking about the famous ten that were set in stone.     If we keep the commandments, that Jesus put in place, plus the original ten.
John 13:34  A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
“ Father, I come before your throne of grace, both boldly, and yet humbly. I come in Jesus name, asking You to bless all those that read this blog. Holy Spirit, I call on You, to meet the needs of these readers, because every one of us needs a relationship with You. We understand that You, are the only way to Jesus, and Jesus is the only way to Father. Bless us, strengthen us, and hold us up, because we are weak, and feeble, without you in our lives.
Keep us close to the cross, where it all began for us. Keep us humble before the Lord Our God, so that we will be easy to work with. We give you all the honor, and all the glory, for You are the rightful owner. In Jesus name, we pray this prayer Amen.
  …….Much Love
